Abstract

Independent study is Guidelines to create brand awareness and brand recall by using Appreciative Inquiry: A case study of Guayteiw sen pla soi17 Food truck in Muang District, Roi-Et Province.
To gathered information for gained brand awareness in order to create food trucks Guayteiw sen pla soi17 in the future. By collecting data through interviewees with 20 of customers, 20 customers who have never been to restaurant and the owners of 5 other food trucks. The data were analyzed to Convergences and Divergences with SOAR Analysis through the implementation of the Appreciative inquiry (Cycle-4D). According to the results of all studies led to the creation of two short term projects. Firstly, to crate Logo, customers had logo recognition for 77.5% and secondly, Follow the famous reviews page on Facebook that the number of likes and shares on the restaurant page has been increasing by 85 likes and 52 shares. For long-term projects Sponsoring the Som Ma Nam Keun Peng Seng Prathip Ceremony and Bento goes around are the guidelines were set to manage these projects in the future.
