The Strategic Proposals for Development to Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Under Loei - Nhong Bua Lamphu Secondary Educational Service Area

This research is policy research. The objectives are 1) to create strategic proposals for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators and 2) to evaluate strategic proposals to improve innovative leadership. Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Loei - Nhong Bua Lamphu Secondary Educational Service Area. The results showed that Strategic Proposal for Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Loei - Nhong Bua Lamphu Secondary Educational Service Area. There are 5 strategies in total: 1) Promote innovative vision 2) Promote risk management and decision making 3) Promote creative thinking skills, innovation, and change 4) Promote an atmosphere of innovative organization 5) Promote participation of team members and networks. The propriety is at the high level (= 4.33, S.D. = 0.33), feasibility at a high level (= 3.94, S.D. = 0.45) and the utility is at the high level (= 4.25, S.D. = 0.38).
