The Strategic Proposals for Development to Ethical Leadership of School Administrators Under The Office of Roi-Et Vocational Education

This research is a policy research. The objectives are 1) to create strategic proposals for the development of ethical leadership of school administrators and 2) to examine strategic proposals to improve ethical leadership of School Administrators under The Office of Roi-Et Vocational Education Using a semi-structured interview form. To conduct a content analysis and a 5-level rating scale type assessment, data were analyzed using the Mean and standard deviation The research results found that Strategic proposals for developing ethical leadership among school administrators. Under the Vocational Education Department of Roi Et Province Consists of a vision, 3 missions, 3 goals, 3 objectives, 5 strategies, and 15 guidelines according to the ethical leadership development framework in 4 areas. For the results of the examination of strategic proposals for developing the ethical leadership of school administrators. Under the Vocational Education Department of Roi Et Province, overall, it is appropriate at a high level. The possibility is at a high level. and usefulness is at the highest level.
