Creative Learning to Create Innovators in the Era of Disruptive Change

Abstract

This article presents creative learning and learning management methods that support students to be innovators in the context of Thai society in the era of disruptive change by synthesizing the steps from the active learning emphasizing creativity to be used in learning management design, there are 5 steps as follows: 1) Stimulate creativity and imagination 2) Creatively consider issues 3) Search by group 4) Creatively discussion and 5) Evaluate and extend to dissemination. It is beneficial to teachers who will use it as a guideline for organizing learning activities according to the creative learning approach. Encourage students to be innovators as the world now a day needs effective.
