Abstract

This study aims to study of condition and problem knowledge management and Guidelines for improving knowledge management of personnel who work on supplies Khon Kaen University. The samples were 103 persons There were 62 responses, equivalent to 60.2% and interviewing a group of 8 people to give opinions and suggestions on ways to improve knowledge management. Is survey research. Frequency, percentile were used for data analysis. The results showed that Low-level knowledge management, i.e. seeking knowledge of orders or contracts from sources of personnel who are procurement officers, building knowledge on the preparation of median prices, Order or contract knowledge storage, exchange and sharing order or contract from the exchange of experiences and using the knowledge of orders or contracts gained from participating in the exchange of experiences moderate, These are moderate, As for the most common problems, they did not know how to synthesize, analyze and evaluate the knowledge of the intermediate prices price And less problem is not shared knowledge, different people use orders or contracts. Therefore, in order to manage knowledge efficiently and effectively should be improved as follows: 1) personnel who are procurement officers should seek knowledge of orders or contracts from human sources, These are more 2) The finance and supplies division should recruit or set up a team of experts to provide one stop service to inquiries regarding procurement, Personnel who are procurement officers should be encouraged to transfer knowledge in person, Should be able to procure or establish a central repository of intermediate prices and TOR/SPEC aspects, to be the same standard throughout the organization that everyone can extract information to use, training on synthesis methods should be provided. Analyze and evaluate the knowledge gained before applying it for accuracy and credibility, These are more.
