Abstract

This research article (ARU-REC/002_180222) was part of the promoting policies for hiring women's labor issues. The red area in the past usually be claimed with stress on “security issue” rather than any other policies. At present, the policy context had been changed for security policy that required devotion of resources or efforts to resolve the issues. Researcher could come up with advantages from applying comparative factors in “jobs creation policy for the minorities at the Port of Auckland, California following the policy study model of J. L. Pressman and A. Wildowsky to provide suggestions to strengthen “women's labor policy” for peace and well-being. It was suggested to promote women’s employment policy in three areas: those in marginalized areas should be able to access to jobs more than people from other regions, appropriate promoting on the advantages of having local transportation to motivate workforces in the Lower South, and developing professional skills for the minority workforces who lacked of working skills especially, women in all ages.
