สมรรถนะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรมในกรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรม และ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรมกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ตัวอย่างการวิจัยคือบุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวนรวม 216 คน เลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบและมาตรประเมินค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยายและสถิติอ้างอิง ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรมอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) บุคลากรแผนกแม่บ้านของธุรกิจโรงแรมที่มีอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งที่ปฏิบัติงาน ระยะเวลาที่ทำงานในธุรกิจโรงแรมแตกต่างกันมีสมรรถนะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
