แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานในยุค 4.0

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในยุค 4.0 ด้วยการเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสานทางนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และมีคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในอนาคตและมีการนำไปใช้ในการสร้างผลสัมฤทธิ์ให้กับสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลเพิ่มมากขึ้น สำหรับแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจะต้องใช้การเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสานด้วยนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในยุค 4.0 ด้วยการใช้ สื่อดิจิทัลเป็นสื่อกลางในการเชื่อมโยงด้านการศึกษาให้สัมพันธ์กันเป็นระบบและมีการพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในระดับชาติที่มีคุณภาพมาตรฐานให้แก่ผู้เรียนทุกคนเกิดทุนทางปัญญาอย่างรู้คุณค่าและสร้างประโยชน์ได้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย ด้วยการกระตุ้นผู้เรียนให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองอย่างเรียบง่ายและทันสมัย เหมาะสมตรงกับความสนใจและสามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ได้จริง โดยมีเป้าหมายในการสร้างผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่เป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในอนาคตมากที่สุดอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังคมและประเทศชาติ
