หน้าที่ของการสลับภาษาไทยกับภาษาอังกฤษในการเรียนการสอนออนไลนน์ระบบเปิด

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหน้าที่ของการสลับภาษาไทยกับภาษาอังกฤษในการเรียนการสอนออนไลนน์ แบบเปิดของประเทศไทย (Thai MOOC) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีหน้าที่ของการสลับภาษา จำนวน 3 หน้าที่ ได้แก่ 1) การอ้างอิงถ้อยคำ (Quotation) ด้วยคำภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นคำศัพท์เฉพาะทางวิชาการ เพื่อสื่อความของเนื้อหาให้ตรง หรือสอดคล้องกับศาสตร์ โดยมากเป็นคำศัพท์เฉพาะที่ไม่มีการบัญญัติศัพท์ภาษาไทย 2) การย้ำความหมาย (Reiteration) โดยการพูดซ้ำคำภาษาไทยกับภาษาอังกฤษที่มีความหมายเดียวกันเพื่อเน้นย้ำความหมายและ 3) การขยายความ (Message qualification) โดยการสลับภาษาภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อขยายความให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจเนื้อหาง่ายขึ้น ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้ผู้เรียนได้ทราบถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการสลับภาษาไทยกับภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ระบบเปิด อันจะทำให้ผู้เรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนออนไลน์ระบบเปิดมากยิ่งขึ้น
