การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาสุขภาพองค์การของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ควรใช้หลักการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการจัดสรรทรัพยากรมนุษย์ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สถานที่ และงบประมาณ ควรสื่อสารให้สมาชิกเข้าใจในอุดมการณ์และเป้าหมายขององค์การ การพิจารณาขั้นเงินเดือนควรมีความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส ควรมีการยกย่อง เชิดชู สมาชิกในองค์การที่ทำความดี เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจที่ดีในการทำงาน ควรมีกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ สร้างแรงจูงใจ ความรัก ความสามัคคี ในองค์กร ผู้บริหารควรยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลและควรมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ
