การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา วิทยฐานะ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูที่มีวิทยฐานะต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันและครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
