การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
