The The Relationship between the Digital Leadership of School Administrators and the Innovative Organization of the School under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ระดับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.) ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.) ระดับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3.) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01.
