The Attractors in Paradigm Shift Process : The Learning Process Towards Healthy Society

Abstract

In social development towards healthy society, the paradigm shift of society is indispensable, towards the paradigm which the awareness of the holistic relationship, both in the physical and spiritual dimension, of all things in nature, in order to reduce/solve the problems/crises occurred from the previous mechanistic paradigm. The main attractor for the acceleration of this paradigm shift is the process enabling the individual to become 'aware’ of crises/problems from the old paradigm, and of the benefits/value of the new paradigm, through the process of reflection or intuitive link towards wisdom through quantum field/Cosmic Consciousness. The timing of the attractor at the bifurcation point where the existing paradigm system is at its full chaos and could proceed, is very important to the attractor's power of accelerating the paradigm shift. The learning process leading to paradigm shift, is the learning at the tacit level, that is, providing of the opportunity for the individual to teach himself. The learning through role model, the aid of facilitators, and group learning process, could much support the tacit learning towards paradigm shift. This would lead to the healthy society, the holistic health including the spiritual health of man living in accordence to the holistic balance of nature, not being above it as in the former paradigm of mechanistic science.
