This Academic Article aimed to present the application of Nine Keys Principles of the Palangjit Dhamma Jakrawan Institute for enhancing leadership skills in 21st Century to be beyond Artificial Intelligence consisted of 1) Perseverance 2) Intellectual Skill 3) Self-Exploration 4) Communication and Intellectual Skills 5) Problem Solving 6) Positive thinking and forgiveness 7) Leadership 8) Accepting diversity 9) Giving and Sharing which could enhance 21st century leadership skills to be beyond Artificial Intelligence in the field of 1) Awareness of corporate data before artificial intelligence is deployed 2) Job and team Creation 3) Consciousness leadership 4) Critical Thinking 5) Social Intelligence 6) Adaptive thinking 7) Emotional Intelligence 8) Analytical thinking 9) Decision making. The elements of leadership skills were to be able to make assumption, finding the root cause, linking various factors which was analyzing algorithms in processing, creating technology with innovative creativity to be able to use the information obtained to achieve the efficiency of the organization.
