THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CATTLE BUFFALO BANK FOR ENCOURAGING PEACEFUL SOCIETY BY BUDDHIST PEACEFUL MEANS: A CASE STUDY OF PRANGKU DISTRICT, SRISAKET PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to study 1. the context of problems, needs of people and communities, Prang Gu, Srisaket Province and the theoretical concept of the cattle buffalo bank project in the present Thai society era.
2. to study Buddhism peace principle that facilitates the cattle buffalo bank development project. 3. to develop and present the new knowledge about the development of the cattle buffalo bank by the Buddhism peace principle. The researchers conducted quality studies based on documents and practical research into real space conduct an in-depth interview from a sample of 40 of population. The research has a noble model. Under the framework of 9-steps ladder research.

The research results found that 1. people in this area have problems with poverty, lack of land for farming, unemployment, lack of water for agriculture, debt problems and careless from government agencies 2. The Buddhist principle method that facilitates the development of the cattle buffalo bank to promote peaceful community is the four “Ditthamikatta 4” are “uh ah ka sa” called the principle of the "Millionaire Heart". 3. New research knowledge is the principle of SDM Model, which refers to the development process of the cattle buffalo bank to strengthen peaceful communities by Buddhist peaceful method. It consists of 3 main processes: supply management, demand management and managerial management.
