ADMINISTRATIVE POTENTIAL OF MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATORS IN PHITSANULOK PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aimed to study the administrative potential of municipal administrators in Phitsanulok Province. The sample group used in the research was municipal personnel in Phitsanulok Province consisting of civil servants, employees, and employees of 312 people. randomly divided the area by dividing the population into groups according to municipalities in Phitsanulok Province, totalling 9 districts. Tools used for the research were: The quantitative research used questionnaires to collect data and analyzed by frequency and percentage. The statistics used in this research were descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that: The administrative potential of municipal administrators in Phitsanulok Province included planning. Implementation of the plan Inspection aspect in terms of improvement and the three principles, consisting of morality, concentration, and wisdom, were factors that affected the development of the administrative potential of Municipal Administrators in Phitsanulok Province, including knowledge, skills, and desired behavior.
