The Administrator’s Skills and Performance of Internal Quality Assurance in the Child Development Center under the Municipality in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
This article aimed to study 1) the administrators’ skills in the child development center under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province; 2) the internal quality assurance in the child development center under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province; and 3) the relationship between the adminitrators’ skills and the internal quality assurance in the child development center. The sample of the research was 36 child development centers under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province. The informant consisted of the composed of the administrators of the child development center, teacher/ child caregiver and person responsible for internal quality assurance. Total of 108 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Analysis data by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research results were found as follows: 1. Adminitrator’s skills in the child development center under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province, as whole and individual were found a high level; 2. Internal quality assurance in the child development center under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province, was found at the high level; and 3. The adminitrator’s skills and performance of internal quality assurance in the child development center under the municipality in Nakhon Pathom province, was found at .01 level of significance.
