Research on the Design of Activity Spaces for Children Left Behind in Rural Areas: Cite Space-Based Data Visualization Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to (1) understand the research status of the activity space design of left-behind children, and (2) identify the development and research hotspots in this field.


The findings are as follows:


1. This study uses the data visualization software of Citespace to select valuable articles on "left-behind children", "children's activity space" and "design" from Chinese knowledge networks.


2. This study analyzed the number of articles, keyword co-occurrence rate, clustering and time zone on the activity space design of left-behind children in the past ten years, and found that scholars only began to pay attention to left-behind children and their activity space environment in 2018-2019.


3. On the basis of data visualization and analysis results, combined with domestic research and application status, this study summarizes the design of activity space for left-behind children and puts forward suggestions and suggestions.
