ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดโมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครูในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

โมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG เป็นนโยบายสำคัญของประเทศไทยในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีข้อจำกัดเกี่ยวกับระดับการรับรู้และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู ซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญของระบบการศึกษาในอนาคต การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครูในประเทศไทย และ 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตนักศึกษาครูชั้นปีที่ 1 ขึ้นไป ในปีการศึกษา 2567 จากมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีหลักสูตรการผลิตครู จำนวน 500 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยสุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยจากกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัย สุ่มสาขา และสุดท้ายสุ่มนักศึกษา
จากสาขานั้น ๆ ตามสัดส่วนที่คำนวณ เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความหลากหลายของกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.90 ในช่วงภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน


ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการรับรู้ใน 3 สาระหลัก ได้แก่ 1) แนวคิดพื้นฐาน 2) วิสัยทัศน์และเป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และ 3) ยุทธศาสตร์ แผนงานและการขับเคลื่อน อยู่ในระดับมากทุกสาระ 2) จากการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว, ผู้บริหารของสถาบัน, อาจารย์ผู้สอน, ปฏิสัมพันธ์ของอาจารย์ต่อนักศึกษา, กิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร, และแบบอย่างของบุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียง โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการรับรู้ได้ร้อยละ 58.2 (R² = .582) ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้ สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางการส่งเสริมการรับรู้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG ของนิสิตนักศึกษาครูของสถาบันการผลิตครู ประกอบด้วย การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวผ่านกิจกรรมร่วมกัน การสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์และนักศึกษาตามแนวคิด Constructivism และ Social Learning การบูรณาการเนื้อหาแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ BCG ในหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนรู้และกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรแบบประสบการณ์จริง
