บทคัดย่อ
บทความเรื่อง สิริศุข Smart Market : การดำรงชีพบนวิถีใหม่ภายใต้เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน เทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานของชุมชนสิริศุข Smart Market : การดำรงชีพบนวิถีใหม่ภายใต้เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน เทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ตามกรอบแนวคิดแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน จากการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎี การทบทวนวรรณกรรมและใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย เช่น สัมภาษณ์ สนทนา และประชุมผู้เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับตัวแทนของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของ Smart Market จำนวน 29 คน และใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นขนาดใหญ่ที่มีสมรรถนะสูง มีประชากรมากกว่า 130,000 คน และ Smart Market เป็นโครงการที่ประชาชนชุมชนสิริศุข มีส่วนร่วมกันจัดตั้งขึ้นตามหลักการมีส่วนร่วม 5 มีขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ร่วมคิด ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมตัดสินใจ ร่วมดำเนินการ และร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน โดยที่มุ่งเน้นการทำงานอย่างมี “นิติธรรม คุณธรรม โปร่งใส มีส่วนร่วม สำนึกรับผิดชอบ และคุ้มค่า”
