ความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน ประชากร คือผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 360 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS, LISREL ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ของสถานศึกษาเอกชนประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การนำองค์กร การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ ลูกค้า การวัดวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การปฏิบัติการและผลลัพธ์ 2. องค์ประกอบความเป็นเลิศในการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ของสถานศึกษาเอกชนมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 100.19, p-value = 0.063, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.94, RMSEA = 0.027) ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ลูกค้า ผลลัพธ์ การบริหารบุคลากร การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ การนำองค์กร การวัดวิเคราะห์และการปรับปรุงผลการดำเนินการขององค์กรและการปฏิบัติการ ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 0.97, 0.89, 0.88, 0.78, 0.78, 0.67, 0.67 ตามลำดับ
องค์ความรู้ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาวิถีฐานใหม่ เพื่อการพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเอกชนในวิถีฐานใหม่ให้มีคุณภาพสู่ความเป็นเลิศ
