Abstract

This article aims to present emotional quotient in the work place which is crucial in working together with other people. Emotional control is an inseparable part of life. Emotional factor influences working under stress that actually exists in an organization. To create the idea in order to understand the meaning of emotional intelligence influences effectiveness in emotional control and benefits for work motivation and problem solution in the work place in order to higher efficiency. This study can be divided into 5 levels of view: personal level, interpersonal level, interpersonal process, teamwork, total organizational management in order to initiate new point of view in effective human resource management.
