Efficient Driven of the Women's Role, Development Fund

Abstract

The role of women from the past to the present, women who play an important role in development of our country in almost all aspects,  both economic,social and environmental. Therefore, there are developed the role of women during the former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on 23 August 2011, supporting the role of Thai women in participation and the security policy of life by establishing the fund worth more than 7,7000 million baht for being a source of working capital, low interest or interest-free in creating their career, generating income to develop into welfare .The  welfare for women including development of women and women's networks.The women's role development creating leadership and protection the rights for women by driving fund to develop women's roles to be effective in becoming under the MODEL creation ‘Better Governance  Happier Citizens’. By starting from the process of pulling all parties together to drive the opportunity for Thai women to be example to other professional fund members by reviewing the government policy structure, roles and duties of the Women's Role Development Fund. Each level including the problems and needs of women to the creation process by analyzing work processes ,setting goals, linking strategies, planning, developing, monitoring, evaluating (in accordance with the CIPP Model principle), creating efficiency, driving the implementation of Women's Role Development Fund based on the principle of "good governance". The creating good governance in the public administration system will not succeed if it is operated only by the government.
