Learning Organization: The Challenges of Knowledge Management in the Changing Paradigm

Abstract

Nowadays, the competition of an organization depends on having the data and the ability to manage the information that is most beneficial to the organization. Changes in the globalization, is unpredictable; for example, the advancement of technology and the COVID 19 a pandemic crisis that has a profound impact on economy, society, the lives span of people, and industries around the globe. In the meantime, the unpredictable crisis is quite difficult management. This academic article, the authors aim to highlight the challenges of knowledge management in a paradigm change. The learning organization has to deal with knowledge and ability to help organizations through crisis. However, organizations may face challenges in managing their knowledge management.
