Abstract

The objectives of research topic “The Creation of Health, Finance and Digital literacy in the community towards sustainable development” were 1) to develop a model for creating health, finance and digital literacy in the community and 2) to build  capacity of community to be competence and could make decision leading to well managed and appropriated self-operation. There were 4 target areas from 4 regions of Thailand. The results from the research on the creation of health, finance and digital literacy in the community towards sustainable development were as namely, 1. The model was in line with bureaucratic approach 4.0 which was collaborated among government, private and other sectors in the society.  Community was the central to identify issues and to create development plan that focused on participating and sharing ideas. People have opportunity to express their ideas and make decision with the support from civil states. 2. The community has created 3 innovation processes on health, finance and digital literacy in their communities and adjusted to digitalization with more online access to search health information, access to media and made proper selection of media and then transferred such information to others.  3. The community drives to social literacy on health, finance and digital. 4. The innovation process plan of the creation of 3 core literacies was developed in the community. 5. The community has developed in public health, social economic and environmental. Therefore, the process of literacy creation has gradually developed the community towards sustainability with competency development among the people in literacy concept that people could make decision and lead to well managed and appropriated self-operation.
