Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the problems of school administration in accordance with sufficiency economy philosophy of schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population is schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data providers are 7 qualified people from educational schools, Data were collected by using structured interview and content analysis. The research findings were as follows 1) School management should construct the knowledge in model, technique, method of supervision, evaluation and improvement school management system in the implementation of the philosophy of sufficiency economy bringing the policy in driving of school. To be the annual operational planning and should follow up, check and control of driving in implementation regularly. 2) Curriculum management and learning management should have the training of giving the knowledge in learning activity management that emphasize in practicing of facing situation management by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy. To study curriculum and learning activity management from the model school and having evaluation and improvement intermittently. 3) Management of student development should integrate activity management for students to have active learning activity which conform to the philosophy of sufficiency economy. To emphasizing using Moderation, Reasonableness and Self-Immunity to driving to four dimensions, social impact, material impact, environmental impact and cultural impact. Moreover, there are community parents and outsources to participate in management of student development increasingly. 4) Personal development of school should have training of understanding in the implementation of the philosophy of sufficiency economy and realize of bringing the philosophy of sufficiency economy to school actually and construct the sustainability bringing the teachers in school to be successful model.
