Modern Government Policy: Human Resource Development According to Bhãvanã

Abstract

The new dimension in development of human resource is to create individual good quality of life both mind and behavior which have happiness or decrease suffering and can lead this quality to creation of other quality both ourselves and person in society. It can create to live together with peace and loving-kindness that lead to the development of society and nation. The development in Buddhism begin education for growing wisdom and right view as first stage. Another stage is development of conduct with rule, law moral and mind. The goal of development is society that develop in the right way.  Whatsoever the method of development of human resource have so many way such as development of man in project of king’s concept, development of man in policy and project of government. If we can develop man and human resource as have say truthfully and spread to wide scope, it can help poor society and non-opportunity person pass the influence of capitalism and help them have a good life, happiness  and help themselves have a good quality of  life sustainable.
