This research aimed to examine the components, current conditions, and categorized comparison of the perception of teachers and educational executives on technology and Innovation Leadership of School Administrators at Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument used in this study was five-level rating scales. The population of this study included 1,375 of educational executives and teachers from 162 schools. The samples of 408 people consisted of 116 educational executive as selected from simple random sampling of 162 schools, and 292 teachers from stratified sampling. The data and statistical analysis in this research were percentage, standard deviation, analysis, and One-Way ANOVA analysis. The results showed that leadership in technology and innovation of educational executives in Sukhothai Primary Education Area 2 overall was at high level, and when considered for aspects, it could be described in descending orders as. Creation of awareness and understanding of ethics in using technology and innovation in organizations, Leadership in technology and innovation, Knowledge and competency in using technology and innovation, Support, encouragement, and infrastructure for the use of technology and innovation, Implementation of technology and innovation in educational management, Knowledge on laws of technology and innovation, Administration with technology and innovation, and use of technology and innovation for development, follow-up, performance evaluation. technology and Innovation Leadership of School Administrators at Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by categorizing of perception by teachers and educational executives was statically significant at 0.01 and at 0.05.
