Abstract

     This research aims to study need analysis, analyze, design, develop digital media innovation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital media with the participation of creative ideas from the locals to develop media digital. The research methodology used in this study was applied research. The purposive samples were 20 leaders and representatives of the community who were collected cultural tourism information in Ban Khok Pradu Community, Sa Bot District, Lop Buri Province. The data were gathered through depth interview, observation, and questionnaire. The instruments applied in the study were 1) unstructured interview which was utilized to study the need of the locals in terms of developing digital media innovation, 2) digital media innovation to present cultural tourism resources in the community, and 3) evaluation form of digital media innovation. The compiled data were analyzed by mean, and standard deviation. The results revealed that the idea participation of the community is needed to represent the resources of tourism, culture, custom, and local food via digital media for tourists to perceive the scenery of the community ahead their visits. The effectiveness of the digital media innovation was evaluated into 3 aspects as follows; 1) content which the overall effectiveness was at high level (4.21), 2) design and publication which the overall effectiveness was at high level (4.18), and 3) usefulness and implement which the overall effectiveness was at high level.
