The purpose of this research was to study communities in the post-storm and flood era (The year 1962 - 1982). For qualitative research. The target groups were 16 Key from Leaders and elders in communities with knowledge of community history by select specific. The data were collected by using a set of interviews, academic articles; research reports, community documents, personal documents, local news, and field studies by observation and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, and check the data using the triangular technique. The findings revealed as follows: Phipun District in the post-storm, and flood era has improved the area in accordance with the policy of agricultural rehabilitation by encouraging the planting of monoculture plants, such as rubber plantations.
