Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of service efficiency of Student Development Division, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and 2) to compare student service efficiency of the Student Development Division, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Student status was classified by gender, year level and affiliated faculty. 377 students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were drawn to the sample of the study by purposive sampling. They were from 6 faculties from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, namely Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of Industrial Technology and Faculty of Arts in Bachelor's degree, Regular program. The instrument, questionnaire, was used to collect the data which were analyzed by Percentage, Mean, S.D., T – test and F–test (One -Way ANOVA). The results of the research showed as follows; 1) Efficiency in service operation student affairs of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University The overall picture is in a high level. When considering each aspect found that The aspect with the highest mean was For student activities and alumni activities, followed by education discipline General management Sport and health promotion And the scholarships, respectively. 2) Comparison of service efficiency of the Student Development Division Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University follows: Students with different personal status in terms of gender, education, year level and faculty studying differently. Therefore, it affected the service efficiency of the Student Development Division, which had statistically significant differences at the .05
