Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study Knowledge, Understanding and preparation of Employee towards Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) in Thailand. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The samples are 346 employees working in Thailand. The descriptive statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research are as follows: 1) Most of the respondents are female in Generation Y with undergraduate degree. They were employed by large scale private sector organizations that located in Bangkok Metropolitan area. 2) from the study, it was found that overall knowledge, understanding and preparation of employee towards prevention and control of Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) were at the highest level (Mean = 4.66). 3) overall preventive measure of organizations towards Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) were at the high level (Mean = 4.04).
