Factors Administrative Success of Entrepreneurship Incubators In Vocational Education under the Vocational Education

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) study the Factors Administrative Success of Entrepreneurship Incubators in Vocational Education under the Vocational Education Northern Region, and 2) Guidelines for administrative of Entrepreneurship Incubators in Vocational Education. The sample group consisted of 226 respondents who were college administrators, Heads of entrepreneurship incubator centers, Business advisors. The instrument used was a 5 rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows 1) Factors Administrative Success of Entrepreneurship Incubators in Vocational Education under the Vocational Education Northern Region. Aspects of students who have received training, Aspects of personnel, Aspects of administrative and Aspects of output were at high level.  All factors affecting Administrative Success of Entrepreneurship Incubators in Vocational Education under the Vocational Education Northern Region But aspects of personal don’t affect.

2) Guidelines for administrative of Entrepreneurship Incubators in Vocational Education. Students who have received training must have determination in Entrepreneurship. Personnel must proceed in the form of committees according to the structure of education administration and train to provide knowledge and make correct understanding about entrepreneurship incubators. Administrators should give priority and continuously support the operation of the incubator for vocational entrepreneurs by using PODCA management principles. And output should focus to students with skills and experience in business operations.
