Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinion level of disabled persons towards the strategy of the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life in Ranong Province and 2) to compare the opinion level of the disabled persons towards the strategy of the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life in Ranong Province. The 257 disabled persons classified from 6 service center areas in Ranong Province were drawn to be the sample in this study. The research instrument was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The T-test and F-test were tested by One-Way ANOVA and Least Significant Different (LSD). The results were as follows: 1) The overall opinion level of the disabled persons towards the strategy of the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life in Ranong Province was at high level. The ranking order from the highest to the lowest aspects were as follows: promoting on accessibility and utilizing of disabled persons, reforming of the management system for the disabled persons, creating knowledge, understanding and creative attitude towards the disabled persons, creating the environment of public services for the disabled persons and promoting and integrating networks to drive the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life respectively. 2) The comparison of opinion level of the disabled persons towards the strategies of the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life in 5 aspects classified by 6 service center areas in Ranong Province, analyzed by F-test ANOVA  (Analysis of Variance), the result was that the overall opinion of all disabled persons on the strategy of the development of the disabled persons’ quality of life was at statistical significant level of 0.439 which was more than the statistical significant level of .05. It’s meant there was no different on the overall opinions.
