Abstract

The objective of this research were 1) To study the Quality of Service Government Savings Bank of Don Wai Market Branch, Sampran  District, Nakhon  Pathom  Province 2) To compare the Quality of Service Government Savings Bank of Don Wai Market Branch, Sampran  District, Nakhon  Pathom  Province. Classified by  personal factors. Population used in research were customers who come to use the service of Government Savings Bank of Don Wai Market Branch, Sampran  District, Nakhon Pathom Province number 400 persons by accidental sampling. Research tools were rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were Percentage, mean, standard deviation and One way Analysis of Variance. The research results revealed that: Service quality of Service Government Savings Bank of Don Wai   Market Branch, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province In the overall, found that The opinions are at the highest level with an average of 4.93. When separating each side, it was found that the aspect which has the highest level of opinions were  stability with an average of 4.97. Followed by reliability, the average was 4.96. hospitable , attention have the same average value 4.95. Next were Expertise , Service access , Communication Response have the same average of 4.94.  The response with an average of 4.92 and the lowest mean aspect were creating tangible things had the opinions are at the highest level with an average of 4.85. To Comparison difference of the Quality of Service Government Savings Bank of Don Wai Market Branch, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom  Province Found that gender, occupation and average monthly income of Service Government Savings Bank at different had effect to quality of Service Government Savings Bank is different. Significantly at the .05 level. For age, status and education level Of the Government Savings Bank user, Don Wai branch, Sam Phran district, different affecting the service quality of the Government Savings Bank, Don Wai Branch, Sam Phran District Nakhon Pathom is no different.
