A STUDY OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PRACTICE OF PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the state and problem of education service area office strategies implementation of schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education service area office 2) propose the problem solving methods of the education service area office strategies implementation of schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education service area office 2. Research methods were divided into 2 steps: 1) study the states and problems.  The samples were administrators and head of planning and budgeting of schools about 113 persons. Research instrument was the questionnaire. The statistics used to collect the data were the average and standard deviation. and 2) propose problem solving methods by interviewing the 5 key informants.  The data was collected by interviewing form and was analyzed by contents analysis technique. The results of this research were as follow: 1) the state of education service area office strategies implementation of schools was at high level, the lowest operation was strategy formulation of school in under to match with the education service area office strategy. The problem of education service area office strategies implementation of schools was at medium level, the highest problem was controlling, following and evaluating school ‘s strategy.  2) The problem solving methods for the educational service area office strategy implementation of schools under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational service area office 2 consisted of 14 items, divide into 5 step of strategy implementation. First, planning and preparing for associating the educational service area office strategy about 3 items. Second, analysis and restricting the school in under to match with the education service area office 2 about 3 items. Third, strategy formulation of school in order to match with the educational service area office 2 about 2 items. Forth, the operation of school ‘s strategy about 3 items. And the fifth, controlling, following and evaluate school’s strategy about 3 items
