Abstract

This research aims (1) to study demographic factors affecting to performance effectiveness of Thanachart Bank's employees in Bangkok and (2) to study motivation affecting to performance effectiveness of Thanachart Bank's employees in Bangkok. The sample size comprised of 350 employees at Thanachart Bank in Bangkok calculated by stratified random sampling. Research based on quantitative research. Questionnaire was used as a data collection toll. Collect information by delivering blogs and requesting cooperation from Thanachart Bank's in Bangkok. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.  The result showed that (1) Personal factors that affecting to performance effectiveness of Thanachart Bank's employees in Bangkok suck as sex, age, education, employee level, working life and income had difference, were not difference. (2) Motivation affecting to performance effectiveness of Thanachart Bank's employees in Bangkok suck as effort performance expectancy, performance outcome expectancy and valence affecting to performance effectiveness of Thanachart Bank's employees in Bangkok.
