Abstract

The purpose of this research are : 1) to study level of the job satisfaction of employee of a commercial bank in Nakhon Pathom Province ; and 2) to compare the satisfaction factor of job performance for the employees of the Government Saving Bank in Nakhon Pathom Province. Classified by personal factor. It is a Quantitative research. The total samples were 120 employees of the Government Saving Bank in Nakhon Pathom Province. The research tool is the questionnaires. The statistics tool for data analysis are mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of this research revealed that 1) the employees of the Government Saving Bank in Nakhon Pathom Province satisfied in their jobs at the high level. While considering in each aspect, we found that the level of job succession, environment condition and job sustain, job characteristic, job progression, respect from Co-workers, were in the high level, and for the benefits of a return was in the medium level. 2) The comparison of the satisfaction factor of job performance of the employees of the Government Saving Bank in Nakhon Pathom Province, classifying by operational factor, found that the employees of the Government Saving Bank in Nakhon Pathom Province, who being different in education degree and monthly income factor, had a different in satisfaction factor with the statistically significant level at 0.05. And the employees, who being different in the factor of : gender, age factor, marital status, operating period, had not a difference with a satisfaction factor.
