Abstract

This research aims to study conditions and guidelines for promoting academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Education Service Area 2. 118 schools under the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office, using the sample size tables of Crazy and Morgan (Krejcie and Morgan, 1986: 345, cited in Boonchomsri Sa-at, 2011. : 43) by stratified sampling in 5 districts, namely Thung Saliam District Sawankhalok District, Si Satchanalai District Si Samrong District And Srinagar District The sample was then compared and performed by simple random sampling. 118 samples were included. School Administrators And 2 academic teachers in each educational institution, totaling 236 people. The tools used in the research were The questionnaire about the academic leadership status of the school administrators contains views and trends of curriculum changes. Assessment of student learning outcomes In organizing a program for children with special needs Teacher teaching evaluation Planning for the development of professional advancement in the teaching profession The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research results were found that The overall academic leadership status of school administrators under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level. The average academic leadership status of the school administrators was in descending order as follows. Perspectives and curriculum change trends The mean was at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.28). The second was Assessment of student learning outcomes The mean was at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.23). The third was Planning for the development of professional advancement in the teaching profession The mean was at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.16). The fourth was The evaluation of teaching of teachers The mean was at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.12). The fifth was In organizing programs for children with special needs Have a high level of mean (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 3.82)
