THE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPACITY NETWORK FOR LEARNING IN SUFFICIENT ECONOMY IN PHITSANULOK

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study the context of the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center network. Phitsanulok and  2) Guidelines for Development of the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center Network Phitsanulok Province. This research uses a qualitative research methodology. It is applied research. Emphasize on both spatial and documentary studies. Using a combination of research methods Key informant which represents the community Government agencies and 29 persons. Involved in the development of the Sufficiency economy learning center network and specific group chats with 10 persons involved. The research results were found that : 1) Context of the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center Network Phitsanulok Province. Found that organizing the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center. Its purpose is to have a common learning center within the community at the village level. District and there are learning points at the village level, various fields of knowledge. To be the center of knowledge management for local wisdom in the community and able to transmit knowledge effectively. To create incentives for people in the community. Have a source to do, eat, eat food that is safe from the vegetables grown within the community. 2) Guidelines for Development of the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center Network Phitsanulok Province.
