Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) Study the components of academic administration approach to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 2) Study the problem of academic administration approach to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 and 3) Present the guidelines for academic administration to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1. The samples of this research were 63 directors selected through Stratified sampling. The research instruments were 2 questionnaires. This research is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage, Average and Standard Deviation. The findings were summarized as follows: 1) The components of academic administration approach to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office have four components: 1. the educational institution curriculum development 2. the setting of learning resources atmosphere 3. learning management 4. participation. 2) Study the problem of academic administration approach to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 was in a high level, with mean is 3.65 3) Present a guideline for academic administration to excellence in small school under the Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 are 1. The purpose of the school curriculum should be specified in accordance with the Basic Core curriculum 2008 (revised 2017) 2. There should be a building, a place that is ready to manage a variety of learning styles which sufficient for learning management in educational institutions 3. Teachers and educational personnel should be encouraged to analyze learning standards and indicators in the course provided to suit for learning management of the learners 4. There should be a fundraising support from public and private organizations for academic development of the school.
