This purposes of research to study the results of the evaluation of moral and transparency on the implementation of the project to strengthen moral, ethics and good governance at the school level. The research group consisted of 340 administrators, teachers and educational personnel in educational institutions who participated in the project of building moral, ethics and good governance at the school level. In addition, 21 schools were assessed for merit and transparency using a specific selection method. Research tools include questionnaires, logical framework. The research group consisted were female, 68.8%, with teacher positions, 84.4%, civil service age more than 20 years, 35.6%, general administrative work 42.10%.
