Abstract

Research on this subject The objective is to study the state of being a business owner and the security effects of entering the business of a foreign worker in Laos. As well as to study the opinions of the people on the security effects of becoming a business owner of a foreign worker in Laos. Classified by personal factors and the condition of becoming a business owner in this research, the researcher has defined the research design as mixed methods using Convergent Parallel Design which the researcher has conducted quantitative research together with qualitative by using the interview form to collect data from interviews with community leaders. In Sattahip district Chon Buri Province, 10 people and quantitative research by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data from people aged 18 and over who are domiciled in Sattahip District. The statistics used in data analysis are Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test and One-way Analysis of Variance. ANOVA) The study found that The state of being a business owner of a foreign worker in Laos In Sattahip District Chon Buri province found that the business that foreign migrant workers own is the business selling food (such as a la carte restaurant, Somtum restaurant, noodle shop Food shops in the streets and hawkers, etc.), mostly located in the fresh market And the operation characteristics of the business are foreign laborers, Laos is the sole owner Security impact of becoming a business owner of Lao alien workers In Sattahip District Chon Buri province, found that both quantitative and qualitative research give the same direction of the results of the study, which is to become a business owner of a foreign worker in Laos.
