Abstract

This research aims to study and compare the professional management of the school administrators in the area of Umphang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population and samples were 98 teachers and educational personnel from 14 primary schools in the area of Umphang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were selected using nonprobability sampling as well as purposive sampling method. It is necessary to voluntarily provide the research information as the information is important. The level of opinions on the analysis of the professional management of the school administrators in the area of Umphang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at the highest level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the area with the highest mean was moral and ethics aspect. Followed by personnel management aspect, administration of student affairs aspect, information technology management aspect, academic administration aspect, budget management aspect, educational research aspect, and educational quality assurance aspect. The aspect with the lowest mean was public relations and community relation aspect. They hypothesis testing found that the characteristics of the respondents that were different in gender, age, education and work experience reflected the different mean level of the professional management of the school administrators in the area of Umphang District under Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 at a significance level of 0.05.
