Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1] learning to the amulet and knowledge transmission of the amulet collector, 2] methods and knowledge transmission of the amulet collector. This research was qualitative research and keeping the data from any paper that relate and in-depth interview method was used for the data collection from 10 units of the amulet collector whereas they had over 10 years of the experience in the amulet collection. The results showed: The amulet learning came from belief, intimation to the amulet collector, the benefit that they would receive when they could use this knowledge to create the occupation exactly and someone had ever ordinated and it made him trust too. The learning of the amulet collector had many types, e.g. learning by the amulet book, learning by asking the expert man, learning by rental the amulet to compare, learning by internet and learning by experience in amulet making or any sacred objects. While the knowledge transmission that found: It had formal methods and informal methods. Formal methods comprise with the amulet magazine, social online, live video, Facebook and Youtube channel. Informal methods comprise with suggestion during the time when they sold or bought the amulet and some collector had been invited to interviews in a television program or participated in TV game show.
