Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the level of key success factors of community occupation groups in tourism attraction important in Roi Et Province and to compare the opinions on these factors, classify by demographic, research variables ware sex, age, career, occupation, income. Key success factors was leader, participation, network of cooperation, group management and, financial and accounting. The sample used in this study was a community occupation group that was certified for the quality of community product standards 223 cases, complete questionnaires received 214 cases. The questionnaire was used as a research tools. All questions received a conformity index value greater than 0.60 and the confidence of the data was 0.926. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Statistics used for testing the hypothesis were t-test and F-test with statistically significant level of 0.05. The research results showed that. The key success factors of community occupation groups overall was at the highest level       ( 3.90) included the factors of leader ( 4.07), participation ( 3.98), group management ( 3.90), financial and accounting ( 3.81) and network of cooperation ( 3.72)

          The result of hypothesis testing was that community occupation group members with different demographic has differences opinions on key success factors of statistically significant level of 0.05. The members with different sex, education and career of community occupation group had different success operation.
