The Participation of Personnel that Affecting Effectiveness of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 Be Subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To studythe level of personnel participation of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education. 2) To study the effectiveness level of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to theBureau of Special Education. 3) To study the relationship between the personnel participation and the effectiveness level of personnel participation of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education.4) Tostudythe participation of personnel that affecting effectiveness of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 Be Subordinate to The Bureau of Special Education. The subjects were the heads of an educational institution and teachers inthe Special Service Agency Network Unit 7, total 238 people.The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5 Likerscale, found that the IOC of the questionnaire was between 0.50 - 1.00 and the reliability equal to 0.908. The research statistics were percentage, arithmetic mean (),standard deviation (SD), Pearson product -moment correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The finding of this research found that: 1)The personnel participation of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education was in high level. 2) The effectiveness of personnel participation of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education in overall and in each individual aspect was in high level 3) The relationship between the personnel participation and the effectiveness level of personnel participation of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education was in high level and significant at the level of .01 4) The personnel participation that effect on the effectiveness of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Education in 3 sides such as participation in decision-making,Participation in receiving benefits andParticipation in theassessment prediction the effectiveness of the Special Service Agency Network Unit 7 subordinate to the Bureau of Special Educationwith predictive power at the level of 68.4%. That can be used to create forecasting equations.
