Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the supervision internal Chumchon Ban Khwao School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province and presented this result to director of Supervision internal Chumchon Ban Khwao School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. Population in this study was 30 teachers in Chumchon Ban Khwao School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. Tool used in this study was a set of questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study found that most of the respondents were female, in the age range of 40 years or above, graduated in Bachelor and working experience about 10 – 20 years. The mean of attitudes regarding to the Supervision internal Chumchon Ban Khwao School, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province in overall was in high level. When considered to each aspect which could sort from high to low as followed; operation research aspect, supervision evaluating aspect, teachers training before supervision aspect, strengthen the encourage for supervision officers aspect, group development and supervision aspect, curriculum development aspect and supervision planning aspect.
