Abstract

The researcher is interested to study the political movements of the Labour Union of Government Pharmaceutical Organization with the objective of this research were to: 1) Level of Opinion on political movements of the Labour Union Of Government Pharmaceutical Organization, 2) Comparison the level of opinion on the political movements of the Labour Union of Government Pharmaceutical Organization in the Thailand 4.0 era, classified by personal factors  3) Suggestions and solutions to political movements of the Labour Union of Government Pharmaceutical Organization in the Thailand 4.0 era. The sample group in the research is the group operating in the management system and those outside the system of administration The Government Pharmaceutical Organization of the number of 327 Data collection with questionnaires Descriptive statistics were used, such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics, ie, independent-samples t-test, is used to compare the differences between more than 2 variables with a one-way analysis of variance. (One-wayAnalysis of Variance: OnewayAnova) and compare the differences individually by means of (Least Significant Difference: LSD) The research findings showed that: 1) The Labour unions have political movements continuously, mostly for the interests of employees and national interests and Political movements level of employees of the Labour Union of Government Pharmaceutical Organization overall is at a high level. In terms of organizing political activists the most, followed by the learning process and organization and membership respectively 2) The difference of education levels on the political movements of the Labour Union of Government Pharmaceutical Organization in the Thailand 4.0 era The differences were statistically significant at the 0.05 level, while sex, age, status and income were not different 3) Suggestion; Encourage members of organizations that want to strengthen their political movements. For members to be well-informed about media, continuous media usage members must unite. Leadership and ongoing activities give every member the opportunity to participate in all levels.
